Luzern

We are in Switzerland.
My university friend Miwa lives in Zurich.
We hung out yesterday after a long time!

Miwa, Rie and I were same grade!!
I was so happy to see her again.
She has 3 children! But She's not changed at all.

We had lunch and talked a lot.

This photo was taken in front of Kapell bridge.

I'm in Italy

Tokyo Kosei Wind Orchestra came to Torino Italy for Europe tour!
I'm fine♪ and enjoyed taking a walk this beautiful town.

How wonderful to collaborate old structures and a tram!!
Trams and buses squeeze through such a narrow place!!!!

Amazing!

We are having the first concert tonight.

Union Square?

There was a Greenmarket in Omotesando Tokyo.
It was associated with Union Square NY.

I went to see wedding dresses in Omotesando with my friend Megumi.
We enjoyed walking on the Sunday street after that.

IN THE HEIGHTS!!!

'IN THE HEIGHTS'
Winner of TONY AWARD 2008.

When they won the award, I was in NY and I went to see the moment in Radio City!

The musical is set in Washington Heights.

Yes, where I lived!!!
What a strange chance.

The story is about immigrants from Latin America.

I liked buying coffee and sandwich in a bakery which latino ran next to the station.
There were beauty salons which are look like one in the musical.

Washington Heights was always energetic.
I felt latin peoples atmosphere everywhere.

Their life, their history, reality of NYC.... their patriotism, then their future.

I was touched.
The music and dance also amazing!!!

BTW,
I couldn't understand the story more than half when I saw the musical in NY, but I could see it with subtitles today♪ So I finally understood every single word!!!!

Thank you for coming to Japan!!!

Apply

I brought my husband's Application for Certificate of Eligibility to the immigration office today.

I've struggled with a lot of documents and papers so far to apply.

My friend who has a husband from USA helped me a lot.
I really thank her!!

By the way, when I applied at the office, a clerk at a window saw my documents and asked me

"You are a musician. What do you play?"

I thought he was checking deeper about us.
"I play the trumpet."
I answered.

Then he said
"I play the clarinet, and I often go to your orchestra's concert!"

I was very surprised.

He also said
"You are having a regular concert in Fumon Hall in April right? I might go"

I realize that International marriage makes my life more interesting and wonderful!!
